You’re surrounded by: Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, SREs, Security Engineers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, Scrum Masters.
In short, all the roles that make up an incredible chain in the software industry.
Here we’re on neutral ground—the realm of Spaghetti Mastermind—where companies don’t exist, only professionals who meet once a week with a shared passion to exchange.
Each week, one participant will take center stage, sharing their experience and tackling specific topics within their area of expertise.
Every Spaghetti Mastermind meeting follows a well-defined structure to maximize learning and participation for everyone:
Welcome and Introduction (10 minutes)
We kick off each session with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the day’s topic. This is the time to get to know each other better and prepare for the meeting.
Spotlight Session (30 minutes)
Each week, one mastermind member will be in the spotlight. This person will share their experience, talk about the projects they’re working on, and address a specific topic related to their role (for example, a new CI/CD technique, a successful cloud implementation case study, etc.).
Open Discussion and Q&A (30 minutes)
After the presentation, we open the floor to all participants. This is the time to ask questions, offer feedback, and share personal experiences related to the topic. Collaboration is the key to our mastermind’s success.
Resource Sharing (10 minutes)
During this phase, participants can share useful resources such as articles, tools, online courses, or upcoming events. It’s a great way to stay up to date on the latest industry developments.
Wrap-Up and Plan for Next Week (10 minutes)
We conclude the meeting by summarizing the key points discussed and defining the topic and spotlight member for the following week. This helps maintain the flow of meetings and allows everyone to prepare in advance.
